कई बार अरमान उड़ गए गुब्बारे बन 

कई बार कोई ने फोड़ा , पिने चुभा कर

कई बार यह लगा सरल कितना जीवन पथ, 

पड़ी असलियत मालूम पर जब खाई ठोकर 

कई बार भूख सोया तो कभी प्रभु ने

मेरी थाली में भर भर कर पकवान परोसे

तूफानों में भी यह मेरे जीवन की किश्ती चलती रही ,नहीं डूबी भगवान भरोसे

मुझको मत कोसो ,मेरे व्यवहार ना कोसो

जैसे तुमने सिखलाया वैसे जीता हूं

महाभारत के महासमर की ज्ञान लुटाती

प्रभु के मुख से प्रकट हुई भगवत गीता हूं 

इसीलिए अब जीवन के अंतिम वर्षों में 

मैं अपना ध्यान केंद्रित किया स्वयं पर

करने लगा वही सब कुछ जो मुझको सुख दे

मैंने हंसना सीख लिया है

अब तक जीवन खूब जिया है

मस्ती की,खाया पिया है

मगर किसी की नजर लग गई ,

तकलीफों ने हैं घेर लिया है 

 परेशानियां और बिमारी 

रोज रोज की मारामारी 

बड़ी अव्यवस्थित  जीवनचर्या ,

पर क्या करता है लाचारी 

रोज दवाई और इंजेक्शन 

खानपान में भी रिस्ट्रिक्शन 

प्रतिबंधों ने बांध रखा हैं 

हुआ बहुत ही नीरस जीवन 

मन घुटता था ,परेशान था 

आखिर इसका क्या निदान था

 क्या अब पूरे जीवन भर ही

 जीने का ये ही विधान था 

फिर एक दिन यह मन ने सोचा 

जब कल का ही नहीं भरोसा 

लंबे जीवन के चक्कर में ,

क्यों खुद को मैं करता कोसा 

बचा रखा है इतना पैसा 

तो घुट घुट कर जीना कैसा 

मन मसोस कर ,क्यों जिएं हम 

मनचाहा खाए पिए हम 

जब मरने का दिवस मुकर्रर 

तो फिर हर दिन क्यों डर-डर कर 

निज दिनचर्या करें नियंत्रित

मृत्यु डर से रह कर चिंतित

बन्धन तभी तोड़ सब डाले 

शिकवे गिल भुलाए सारे

अपने पंखों को पसार कर 

चिंताओं को भूलभाल कर

जो मन में आए वो करना

अब मृत्यु से जरा न डरना 

शान्ति रखना सीख लिया है

मैंने हंसना सीख लिया है

मदन मोहन बाहेती घोटू 

तेरी तेरी पकड़

तूने मुझे संभाल रखा है वरना अब तक

मैं तो जाने कब का इधर-उधर हो जाता 

मैं चंचल मन का प्राणी हूं 

बात बहुत जानी-मानी है 

शक्ल देखकर मेरी अब भी 

कई लड़कियां दीवानी है 

तू भी ऐसी ही फिसली थी 

गठबंधन में बंधा मगर मैं

ऐसा मंगलसूत्र में बांधा

भटक न पाया इधर-उधर मैं

 तेरे दिल के बैंक ने मुझको 

इतना अच्छा रिटर्न थमाया, 

यही हो गया फिक्सडिपॉजिट 

खोल ना पाया दूजा खाता 

 मुझे संभाल रखा है वरना अब तक

मैं तो जाने कब का इधर उधर हो जाता

 आज जलेबी ,कल  रसगुल्ला

तूने मृदु पकवान खिलाए 

कभी कचोड़ी,आलू की टिक्की 

और गोलगप्पे गटकाये 

चाट पापड़ी , दहीबड़े के 

मधुर स्वाद में यूं उलझाया 

भरता रहा, यूं ही चटकारे 

ऐसा स्वर्गिक आनंद आया 

कोशिश बहुत करी पिज़्ज़ा ने

 बर्गर ने भी लाइन मारी 

पर देसी स्वादों के चंगुल 

से मैं बाहर निकल ना पाया 

तूने मुझे संभाल रखा है वरना अब तक 

मैं तो जाने कब का इधर-उधर हो जाता
